After-Sale Service

1.One year for machine but vulnerable parts exclude. Two years for computer system electric control, except for the display screen.

( Man-made damage does not belong to the scope of warranty service, and customer is responsible for all expenses. For example: uninstalling the machine without seller’s permisson; personal actions such as not following the correct steps cause damage to the machine.)

2. The warranty of machine is 1 year, starting from the time the customer receives the machine.(Subject to the shipping receipt )

3. During the warranty period, the customer needs to send back the original accessories if there is a need. (If customer does not send back the original parts, the warranty service will automatically expire)

4. After-sales service is divided into within warranty period and after warranty period. When warranty period is end, the seller can still provide technical services, but all costs are covered by the customer.
